leaves

What I like to call "leaves" are the exhibited physical evidence of my outdoor projects. They are 4x5 inch pinhole exposures on Harman Direct Positive fiber paper. Using this paper, no negative is needed; each exposure becomes a one of a kind image, a singular object. The images are processed using caffenol; a solution of coffee, vitamin c and washing soda in lieu of traditional chemical developer, and fixed with white vinegar. The images are allowed to dry naturally, paper curling is welcomed, and displayed using magnets that float them against the wall.
